Jesus read these words, announcing the reasons He came, "The Spirit of GOD, the Master, is on me because GOD anointed me. He sent me to preach good news to the poor, heal the heartbroken, announce freedom to all captives, pardon all prisoners. GOD sent me to announce the year of his grace--a celebration of God's destruction of our enemies--and to comfort all who mourn," As a church, we have a conviction that our lives must be ACTIVE in meeting needs in our city and our world.
It is our goal to continually connect our community and friends to practical ways of serving in areas of passion. We want to join our areas of burden and support each other in serving our city and world.

Lord make us an instrument of your peace,
Where there is hatred let us sow love.
Where there is injury,
let us pardon.
Where there is doubt,
let us live faith.
Where there is despair,
let us live hope.
Where there is darkness,
let us be light.
And where there is sadness,
let us live joy.
O divine master grant that we may not so much
seek to be consoled as to console;
To be understood as to understand;
To be loved as to love
For it is in giving that we receive-
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned.
And it’s in dying that we are born to eternal life.
