It's not just a token statement--Christ, whether we acknowledge it or not, is the head of the Church. We long to live this out, submitting to His leadership and His way in our lives collectively.

We miss the point of leadership if it means everyone else lives as if they are not responsible to each other. Scripture teaches that all Jesus followers have the Spirit of God within them. All Jesus followers have access to God. Therefore, we believe every person within the Body of Christ is both valuable and gifted to serve Christ fully and powerfully..

We do acknowledge that leaders/servants have been given responsibility throughout the history of the church. It is a responsibility to God and a responsibility to each other. We see leadership at Fusion currently as Elders/Pastors and as House Church Leaders serving the Fusion House Churches.
